No Tool Required

My TA-25 is so easy to get on and off my tractor when compared to other loaders.  I really appreciate this when I need to service the tractor.  I especially like that it has its own support system, and there aren't any pieces to lose or tools required.

I bought a John Deere 7320 tractor and a Westendorf TA-28 loader. I wouldn't trade my Westendorf for two of those green ones. A friend of mine has the same tractor with a JD loader on it; he has broken the quick couplers twice, and almost tipped over because of how far the loader sits out in front of the tractor. I also have a WL-21, and my brother has a WL-42 and a TA-28. We both love them!

Before I purchased a set of Brush Crushers for my John Deere 740 loader I knew they were going to get a serious workout. Over 75% of my 80+ acres are wooded and some logs are 18 feet long!  After some practice I can finesse those claws pretty good and do some delicate work like moving around attachments for my Super C in and out of storage.  Most of the work is moving logs and stumps and an occasional actual brush pile.  I also used it to clean up some scrap iron around the farm. Those Brush Crushers are the Cat's Meow.

I absolutely LOVE my TA loader. I'm truly pleased with the performance, more than I actually expected. My neighbor and I have 24 acres that we're putting fence around, and if it wasn't for that loader, we'd never get it done. It hauls our barb wire, fence posts, bags of cement and all the tools. Plus, we use it for stretching and tightening the fences. It is invaluable! It is doing bigger jobs than I ever thought possible. The first day I used my loader - I transported full length telephone poles, several large trees and additional miscellaneous items around the farm. The canopy I purchased with the loader has really been a blessing, it keeps me out of the weather while I'm brush-hogging the pastures and mowing the yard.

Two Minutes is Stretching It

The easy-on and easy-off feature of my Westendorf keeps my tractor free for other chores.  You can take it off in the dirt--practically anywhere.  Two minutes is stretching it for time.  You don't have to leave the seat to attach the loader once the hoses are connected.

They Just Don't Compare

I own both a 20 series and 40 series Traction Action Loader by Westendorf.  I've owned others in the past, and they just don't compare.  My Westendorfs are large loaders built with strength and durability.  I can easily push silage into my bunker, and my GF-52 grab fork comes back out of the way so I never have to take it off.  It's an excellent tool to handle bunker silage.

I am extremely happy with my Westendorf TA-26 loader. I have always bought Bush Hog in the past, but they don't hold a candle to a Westendorf loader. I like it 100%!

Fit My Super Steer

I have a Genesis New Holland 8670 tractor and Westendorf customized an XTA-700 loader with an extra long tower to fit the Super Steer model. I've never had a joystick before, and I am in the process of hooking it up to my tractor.  Without access to a local dealer, I decided to call Westendorf.  The guy at Westendorf really knew his stuff and helped me understand how to plumb in the new joystick.  Westendorf is a good company; they are always concerned and willing to listen to feedback and suggestions from the field to update and improve their product line.

Cat Claw 3-D Grab Fork

Last year I purchased an XTA-700A with a Cat Claw 3-D Grab Fork.  It is a fantastic piece of equipment!

I saw your article to Farm Bureau Magazine. We bought a loader of yours in 1972 and later a grapple fork in 1976. All is still working well. Only one little cylinder repair once. We feed cattle and it is used hard for everything. My cost of the loader at the time was $1111.11 bought from Barnard Implement in Eldora, IA. I am 82 years old and still using your loader after 34 years. Keep up the good work.
- Carl King - Eldora, IA

"I had a few moments and thought I would take some time to let you know that we have been VERY pleased with the performance of our Westendorf canopy to date. I have to admit, when it first went on the tractor I had some serious concerns; but, here it is almost three months later, over hay fields, primary tillage, and just downright hot Central Michigan weather, and the Cool Cap™ has earned its stripes and my respect. Yes, I am a proud owner of a Cool Cap™ and am pleased to be seen on the tractor in the field sporting it. I feel that we will be getting many good years of service from our Cool Cap™, and we made the correct decision regarding the purchase of your product."

- Larry Smith/L&L Smith Family Farms - Sand Lake, MI
I purchased my Westendorf loader (a TA-26) years ago, it is now on my third tractor (3020 JD, 1025 Belarus and now a 5303 JD) it is working as good as new.
